Fitnes combines sports, the perfection of physical form, balance, emotional state and eating right.

Single and final, the prevailing definition of fitnes is still not there. We also observed a discrepancy in the spelling of the words: writing or “fitnes”, or “fitnes”. In a literal translation from English, the word “fitnes” (to be fit – “to be in shape”) – suitability, compliance.

Today, the term “fitnes” refers to the comprehensive development

of physical abilities while improving well-being in the clasroom. It is proved that with the help of fitnes, potential physical abilities.

Fitnes is a way of life. Fitnes allows you to maintain and improve health, balance emotions, improve physical fitnes.

Fitnes includes training in the gym, and aerobics, and proper diet – in short, fitnes is a way of life, which is called “healthy”.

For the modern man fitnes is asociated with succes in life and youth.

Fitnes clases dates back to ancient times. In Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome there was a cult of athleticism, healthy and beautiful body. Greek and Roman athletes sought to the combination of internal and external health and beauty.

With the development of civilization, the more wealth people have gained, the worse the health. People, especially living in a big city, experiencing the harmful effects of environment, stres, eat fast food.

In the US, the first fitnes program were developed during world war II for American soldiers to be in good physical shape. Under the guidance of profesional athletes military rocked the pres, performing strength exercises, pull-UPS on the crosbar.

In the middle of the last century the President’s Council on fitnes decided to save the American nation from obesity and disease. Now about 20 million Americans are constantly engaged in fitnes.
